I’m back in Vienna and had so much take out food these past weeks in London that I couldn’t wait to unpack my juicer and treat my body to some vitamins.
I don’t only make this juice for fall, but the vibrant color of this sweet carrot, apple juice reminds me of the leaves changing color in fall. It is deliciously sweet, packed with immune boosting nutrients and the ginger will warm you up. It will help you glow from the inside out.
For 4 tall glasses of juice, you’ll need:
2 kg organic carrots
4 organic apples
1 chunk (3 cm) of ginger root, peeled
2 celery stalks
juice of half a lemon
Use a juicer to process the carrots, apples, ginger root and celery stalks. Pour the juice into a large jug, add the lemon juice and stir to combine. Enjoy!
