My boyfriend and I were very fortunate to be invited by our lovely friends to Bar Boulud at the Mandarin Oriental in London. Daniel Boulud is one of the most famous chefs in the world and I’ve heard amazing things about his restaurants. I was really excited to try the food.
So, it snowed in London… a lot! We decided to brave the weather and took a stroll in Regent’s Park.
Last week I had the best sandwich in London. I was strolling with my boyfriend around Covent Garden where we saw the most appealing hot turkey sandwich at Benugo. We simply couldn’t resist an early Christmas dinner ;) It was spicy from the mustard and sweet from the cranberry sauce. In the middle, there was succulent turkey breast which was still warm on a bed of fresh salad and crispy bacon. I immediately fell in love :)
I’m now finally done with my exams and can enjoy the pre-Christmas season. Here is a picture medley of the beautiful Christmas decorations in London and Vienna.
On Saturday, you can find me on King’s Road savoring the most delicious food and enjoying the atmosphere among fellow foodies. I already call it my second home.
I go to Partridges Food Market to satisfy my cravings for burgers, cookies, brownies… You will find here everything from burgers to cupcakes to lobster. Everything the heart or tummy desires :)
Yesterday, I went to the Saatchi Gallery for the Little Black Jacket exhibition. The exhibition was dedicated to Karl Lagerfeld’s latest book, photographed by the master himself and styled by Carine Roitfeld. It features various celebrities and personalities sporting the iconic black jacket from Chanel. It was fascinating to see how versatile this little piece of fabric can be worn. And it confirmed how timeless it is.
