A little while ago I got for my mom the Himalayan Detox Bath Salts from Therapie. She has sleeping issues and I thought the bath salts could be a natural alternative to help her combat her insomnia. At first my mom was very skeptical to say the least, but after using them she loved the bath salts so much she wanted me to try them as well. After trying them myself I had the deepest night’s sleep and felt so relaxed in the morning. My mom attested that she woke up less times during the night and felt calm, balanced and energized in the morning.
This post might come a little late for some of you guys. Despite being almost March and having had some nice spring-like days in Vienna, my skin still feels dry and tight from the cold winter months. It needs that bit of extra care and therefore I’m still very much in my winter beauty routine.
January was a month full of new products that I discovered and some old goodies that I rediscovered. Most of my new favorites I either received for Christmas or for my birthday in early January.
I’m still feeling the Christmas spirit at least when I’m taking my baths! :D
I was so happy when I still found some Lush goodies from their Christmas collection on sale! It has been a long time since I’ve treated myself to Lush products. Lush bath bombs are quite addictive but also pricy, and it is quite hard to restrain yourself when everyone is raving about them online. You can guess my excitement when I found some of their bath bombs 50% off.
This year Soap & Glory came out with the ‘Yule Monty’ gift set. It is THE ultimate Soap & Glory gift set. The biggest and most expensive one you could get this year. But Christmas came a little earlier when Boots offered it for less than half the original price (for £27, normally it is £60) just one week before Christmas.
