We recently traveled to Sexten, Italy for a week of skiing. While my tireless husband woke (me) up every day at 7 am to go skiing, fearing there could be someone before him on the slopes, I on the other hand decided to start my days very relaxed, going on lots of walks and enjoying the wellness program the hotel had to offer to the fullest. I also went a little bit skiing and even went cross country skiing for the first time.
This past week has been a whirlwind of beautiful events. We had our civil ceremony in Reichenau, a day later my friends surprised with the best bachelorette party (not very traditional to do it after the wedding, but sometimes you can’t plan everything) and then we escaped to the breathtaking Amalfi Coast for a mini honeymoon. On our last day in Punta Ala we wanted to take advantage of the beach as much as possible. We just didn’t want to leave!
We made it to Punta Ala, which was still quite a long drive from Cittadella. Punta Ala is situated in the south of Tuscany and is a little Italian paradise. On a really nice day you can even see the island of Elba. It has been sizzling hot since we arrived, but I’m not complaining.
My boyfriend and I are on our way to Tuscany for vacation. As it is quite a long drive from Vienna we had an overnight stop in Cittadella yesterday. Cittadella is a small town situated in the province of Padua.
